Please contact us promptly to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the treatment time will incur the deposit fee, while failure to arrive for an appointment will incur the full service fee. Please phone the salon on 02 9363 3662 to arrange a change or cancellation.
